Strong die-cut racks designed with rounded peaks to make it easier for handlers to slide the glazing into the holding grooves. The tough profile will not collapse or crush under the weight of the glazing.

The highly vulnerable film is suspended and enclosed in a die-cut 'box', which is nailed to the pallet. Sides and cover interlock snugly to prevent racking and absorb any shock incurred.
